Virtual Private Art Tuition

We are running our private art tuition sessions virtually and in person, the sessions cost £100 per hour. The sessions can be arranged for a mutually agreed time with our tutor, the artist Nick Malone, and will take place via Skype or Zoom (do let us know if you'd like to use another video messaging service). 

We have the following topics to choose from for your one-one-one session, but if there is anything else you are interested in learning, please let us know and we'll put a personalised session together for you.

• Contemporary Watercolour Techniques
• Contemporary Acrylic Painting Techniques
• Colour - How to mix any colour and how to use it to it's greatest effect
• Perspective - A look at the rules for the traditional concepts of perspective and what moden artists do to break them
• Abstraction - Looking at mark making, movement and texture

The sessions will include:

• practical demonstations in your chosen medium and exercises
• a talk about relevant artists, providing background information from art history
• help to find your own unique way of working, developing your personal creativity. 

The sessions can be tailored to your level of ability, whether you're a complete beginner or a more advanced artist. 

We will email over personalised notes after the session to help you continue independantly at home.
