Online Art Tuition

We also offer our private art tuition sessions online. These sessions are ideal for international clients who would like access a famous artist and experienced art tutor. We’ve helped students develop their drawing and painting practice all over the world, including from the USA, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Zurich.

Online Art Tuition - What We Do

We start by talking about what you'd like to get out of your private tuition session and your journey in reaching this point. This is incredibly important for helping you get the most out of your tuition session and help our art tutor understand your interests.

We tailor the art classes to your own specific interests - watercolour, acrylic or oil painting, drawing, abstract art, landscapes and portraits, for example. Practical demonstrations will be incorporated into the tuition and you will have the opportunity to draw or paint along, going at your own pace. Don’t worry if you're not sure what you'd like to learn, we can start with a general overview of the basic principles of drawing and painting.

We teach you techniques in your chosen area of interest suited to your level of ability. You will learn how to progress your ideas creatively, putting meaning into your artwork and finding sources of inspiration. We will develop those qualities unique to you and help you find your own personal style of art practice. We will encourage you to relate your drawing and painting to the wider world of current art practice and look at contemporary artists who work in a similar way to you.

We will email personalised notes after the session to help you continue working independently at home.
